Not in love…no worries! We get that returns happen, so we've made it easy with FREE Returns.
Full price items are eligible for a full refund IF return requests are made within 7 days of the delivery date.
If requests are made outside of 7 days, store credit will be issued.
Just email us at email@example.com for your return label.
The following requirements are met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
- Sale items are returnable for Store Credit Only.
- Return package must be dated within 14 days of the order being received, otherwise store credit will be issued.
- When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded.
If any returns do not meet the above listed requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately at the customer’s cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASES BACK FOR A REFUND?
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return label.
- Neatly repackage your items with receipt that came with your purchase, please try to keep the original packaging.
- Please note if you'd like Store Credit instead
- We will refund your purchase
RETURNS + REFUND TIME
Once we receive the returned goods with the 14-day return window, we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for a return. Your payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment within 5 - 8 business days.
We try to continually bring newness into our store. Our clients prefer that we bring a variety of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. It is for this reason that all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns made within 5 Days can be credited back to the original payment.
- Returns made within 6-14 Days will be credited to store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after the 14-day period.
