Not in love…no worries!  We get that returns happen, so we've made it easy.  

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We try to continually bring newness into our store. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product.  It is for this reason that all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after the 14-day period.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange IF returned within 14 days and the following requirements are met: 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
  • All Sale Items are final sale.
  • Return package must be dated within 14 days of the order being received, otherwise store credit will be issued.
  • When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to Wild Dove. 

If any returns do not meet the above listed requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately at the customer’s cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. 

 

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASES BACK FOR A REFUND?

  • Neatly repackage your items with receipt that came with your purchase.
  • Please note if you'd like Store Credit instead
  • Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any trackable method:

 RETURNS + REFUND TIME

Once we receive the returned goods with the 14-day return window, we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for a return.  Your payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment within 10 days.
